## 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try Shilastore for 30 days. If you don't love it — for any reason — email us at **info@theshilastore.com** with your order number, and we'll issue a full refund.
**You do not need to return the bottle.** Keep it, give it to a friend, or dispose of it — your call. We only ask that you tell us briefly why it didn't work for you, so we can keep improving.
This guarantee applies to your **first order** of any product. One refund per customer.
## Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
Separately from our 30-day guarantee, customers in the EU and UK have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within **14 days** of receiving the order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right:
1. Email **info@theshilastore.com** within 14 days of delivery, stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract and including your order number.
2. We will confirm receipt and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the order.

## How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping costs are refunded with the order value.
- For our 30-day guarantee, no return shipment is required.
## Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email **info@theshilastore.com** within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
